Suzanne grew up in the idyllic seaside resort of Ocean City, New Jersey. She moved to San Diego to attend college and there was no looking back! She has lived in Coronado for 35 years and has been selling and managing real estate in town since 2004.
Suzanne left behind a career as an attorney in 1998, and after a staying home raising her children for several years, returned to the working world as a real estate agent. Her company, Seashore Properties, opened its doors in 2004, and she has been managing and selling property in Coronado ever since.
Suzanne manages residential real estate primarily in Coronado but also handles rental properties in Imperial Beach, La Jolla and Chula Vista. She sells property throughout San Diego County, but her area of specialty is Coronado.
Suzanne loves the small town friendliness of this amazingly beautiful beach town. In her spare time she loves to be either near (or preferably on) the beach, reading, cooking for her friends and family, traveling with the love of her life (yes her husband!) and spending time with her granddaughter.
She has devoted time to being a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused, neglected or abandoned children), sat on the Coronado Little League Board for 11 years, been a cub scout den mother, volunteered as team parent too many times to mention, taught CCD at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, coached tee-ball, and volunteered in the reading program and as a class parent at Coronado Elementary and Middle Schools. Suzanne’s husband, Tom, is a retired Marine, and Suzanne has been privileged to participate in many events supporting the families in her husband’s various commands.
